Not feeling well today

I'm not feeling good today, I have the upper respiratory bug that's going around my nursing home. Yuck!

If I had some real cookies like these maybe, just maybe I would feel better!

Chocolate bon bons

After 35 years of living I don't know why I love chocolate so much, it's just a natural passion. Something I dream about, yes I dream of Hershey's chocolate, doesn't everyone?
Milk chocolate, white and dark chocolate it doesn't matter. If I were able to swim in a pool of milk chocolate I think I would. The creamy delicious taste of cocoa hmmmm. is good for eating, beauty products and more. Hershey should come out with a Milk chocolate room spray. OMG talk about walking into heaven!
Did you know that there is a whole history about this creamy stuff. Just click on the link below for info I bet you never knew of. http://www.fieldmuseum.org/Chocolate/history_european.html

Back to school snacks

It was back to school time for my 8year old Sept 7Th 2010. She had her new outfit picked out and she was fine. Me I was a nervous wreck. I had not seen her that morning as I was already at work and that didn't help me in my quest to be cool..calm..and collective. Finally 3pm arrived I was out of work and she school and I was very excited to see her and find out all of the latest news.
I asked all the right questions....how was your teacher? I asked, fine kay replied. How was the children? Ok, None of the new girls spoke to me she said, it's the first day and everyone was nervous so that was understandable I think? What did you learn? Was my next question, nothing she replied. It was a very boring day but snack was good.
By the way I packed a child size handful of pretzels, a peach and a water bottle for snack. But I'm sure if this was real she would have preferred the snack tray above.
You can find it a my etsy shop.
